Supreme Court Rules against Charging Unauthorized Immigrants with "Aggravated Identity Theft"

The US Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that an unauthorized worker who uses a false social security number to seek employment cannot be found guilty of "aggravated identity theft" unless prosecutors prove the worker knew the social security number belonged to an actual person.
